Language Link celebrates 11 years in Russia
On Saturday September 11th, Language Link celebrated its 11th year in Russia. To mark the occasion, The Company hosted an all-staff party at the Bukhta Radosti Entertainment Complex located a few miles to the north of Moscow.
Braving the rain and an unseasonably cold day, eighty intrepid party-goers took part in the event-filled day. Included in the fare were an all day shashliki barbecue, on-going games and competitions and paintball.
Though much more could be said, an old adage tells us that ‘one picture is worth a thousand words’. Therefore, Language Link invites you to view a slideshow of the day’s events.
Before ending this commentary, I would be remiss if special thanks were not given to the following members of Language Link staff for their incalculable contributions to making Language Link’s 11th anniversary such a memorable occasion:
Vera Startseva, without whose planning, this day would not have happened.
Sasha Krylova, Artyum Baroyan and Tanya Ogarsheva, without whose Herculean efforts in buying, cleaning, carrying and delivering the day’s food, the party-goers would have gone hungry.
Marina Antonova and Natasha Khamova, without whose expertise in entertainment, the party would not have been the memorable experience that it was.
And finally, the party-goers, without whose participation, this party would not have happened.
Happy 11th Birthday, Language Link. May you have many more!
